Hello
I've been using the SC techniques only a couple of weeks,(becouse first I wanted the basic Qt to become 100% automatic) When treating specific internal organs,I don't feel comfortable in applying the bandage, so can I spray-paint the surface with the metallic colours? nicky |

Spray paint or Wrapping seems pretty much the same to me with a key difference. The idea is to envelope the area that you worked on with the ELB. The only concern I have with the idea of "spray paint" is that it be "elastic". Thus the name Elastic Light Bandage. The idea is that it needs to give, not restrict.
What about wrapping an organ makes you uncomfortable? Alain Herriott instructor (advanced QT classes) |

Thanks Alain
For your advice and support to all of us. Well, it occured to me while giving my wife a session to her inner ears. I felt that I was putting effort to apply the bandage on the complex shape of the inner ear and it came sort of without thinking to spray it instead. The intention was the same, that is to leave a layer of absorbable energy. Probably I only need some more practice nicky |

When I wrap it, it is almost "gossamer" like. Like microscopic strands of color intermixed and layered. Maybe that is a way to think of the wrapping without the "heaviness". Realize that I am not worried about each nook and cranny, simply covering/coating the area in question.
