Hi all,
Could anyone send me a picture of a new shiny copper penny? When I was practicing 12-color meditation, I got difficulty to visualize the metallic copper. The picture on the book looks more like brown than copper. Is it OK to use a strip of 14 gauge copper cable as the color of metallic copper?
FYI, my country doesn't produce a copper like coin. It's difficult to visualize something you ain't familiar with.

For silver, do I have to visualize silver with shiny color like a chrome coated metal? Or just like an aluminum?

Where is the location of the center of the body?
Is it in "dan tien"? Or is it in heart region?
When I meditate, I usually feel warm in my chest , like some heat's blooming inside, is it fine?

Looking at a piece of copper wire should be just fine...and for silver, took at your tableware, or a sterling silver piece of jewelry. Imagine your finest silverware, lustrous and polished...not like aluminum. The center of the body I see as the innermost core of chest and abdomen, like a rod or supporting column for a building.

Remember that the color is made up of billions of little "particles" rather than a "sheet". It is like a metallic paint job with the depth and particle look that is associated with it.

Ali is completely correct; any shiny piece of copper is fine, same with the silver or gold for that matter. It is the polished brightness that is important.

As far as "center" goes this is approximate. What is most important is that every part of your body should be saturated with the color and, as Ali says core of abdomen is about right.

Now I am able to imagine my body filled inside out with radiance metallic copper,silver,and gold until my entire flesh shines like a copper-man, silver-man, or a golden-man.
