Question: After working on reversing aging, should I use the elastic bandadge around the elipse?

Not around the ellipse but around the entire body.

I'm doing it for my mom almost 90 years she asked me to do something for her, forgets evrything, and for a friend with advanced cancer.

never done it for someone else as a healing .. but wondered about how to make the energy flow in their body. Through placing your hands on e.g their shoulders and send it in or by sweeping their body?

What did you do and how were the results?

Hi Arjan, there is a detailed "recipe" in the Supercharging book,describing the procedure, including about the elastic bandage, there was no need to ask Alain, sorry Alain...
I think on the DVD they don't tell us about the elastic bandage around the whole body.

Yeah it is in the book and it is in the video as well, perhaps not as obvious. It is also in the written notes that go with the video.
