Hey everybody,
I am having troubles visualizing the U-nan. I can't ever really see it in my minds eye even if I look at the pattern right before using it! I mean I see it of course, but it is never exact. My question is do I have to see the pattern exactly like the illustration in the SC booklet? Or is it more a matter having pure intention when placing the pattern in the point? I apologize, I am probably thinking way to hard about this! |

Transistor,
I think you answered your own question. Yes, the intent is the only important piece you truly need to be concerned about. Sometimes, I place a string of small pearl like uunans on a person's spine for nerve or muscle damage. I can guarantee you, I don't have each uunan well defined on the string, but I have a strong intention. Believe or not, the more you can get away from ridged thought (it HAS to look this way or that) and make it more free form(imaginative), the more you will find that there is no limitations on ways to energy. Just relax and give it a try. Sekon Skennen:kow - May a great peace be within you |
