Hi all,

I just completed a Super Charging class given by Denise Godfrey and wanted share want a great experience I had. First off I felt Denise did a wonderful job relating the concepts & exercises to us. The class was full of interesting & useful techniques. For me having someone that can see the energy, like Denise, and give immediate feedback on what we're doing was invaluable. That made the idea of energy following intent much more concrete for me and several others in my class. I highly recommend this class & I want to again thank Denise for the experience.
