When you do the age reversing techinque, how long does the U-NAN stay in the central channel after you set it there and spin the channel? If you are only doing this for 5 or 10 minutes and plan to come back and do 5 or 10 mins again later, do you have to do the whole, amplify the chakras, and drop the U-NAN in place first? or can you just sense that they are all still there and focus on spining the central channel and toneing U-NAN? What if you set it all up with the U-NAN in place, and when you are done, wrap it all in the silver/copper/gold elastic bandage to keep it all in place for later, or would that even work? I'm just wondering if you can streamline the process? I dont have an hour each day to spend on this, but I could probably manage 5 or 10 mins frequently throughout the day. It would certainly be easier if I did not have to go through the whole elaborate set up each time. ;-)

If you stop, you need to do the whole set up again. You can do 12 5 min. sections if you like but you need to do the set up each time.

Realize when you get comfortable with the technique, it only takes a couple of breaths to do the whole set up.

Alain, a continuation of this topic if you wouldn't mind.

Could you set up the Age Reversing Technique before doing an hour long distance healing session and then, when toning to the UNAN pattern around the client, have the intention that it tones to your own UNAN pattern as well?

Would this have the same effect as only doing it on yourself, or even a partial effect? What a great way to give and receive if we could! Smiler

Thanks!

Jo-Ann, I haven't tried that. I find that when I divide focus and intent among several things I get less impact on each thing. Because of the divided attention I would expect it not to be as effective. That said if you perhaps doubled the amount of time doing the technique perhaps that would work. That's just a guess. The easiest way to decide is to try it and see. If you decide to do that let us know how it turns out.

Thank you Alain,

I think I will give it a try - nothing ventured nothing gained! I'll report back what results I get or if I am even able to do it successfully - that is, do both things at the same time.

Thanks again,

Jo-Ann
