I am surprised that these are not colors that supercharging really utilizes! I know you can, it's just surprising that they weren't found to be a big part of it, like the 12 colors that are.
Also, Indigo doesn't seem like a true color even lol.. feel free to post your thoughts for me, Charlie P.S. Do many of you use extra colors in your 12 color meditations? |

The 12 colors are the colors that are present in a healthy body. They harmonize and balance a system. The other colors have effects but not from from the same perspective. They are parts of the other colors, that is contained within them already.

The basic seven chakras follow the primary and secondary colors.
Red, Yellow, Blue - primary colors red/yellow = orange - secondary color yellow/blue = green - secondary color blue/red = purple All colors are part of a spectrum of white light. From there - everything is comprised of a tint or a hue - combining the various colors in beautiful mixtures and not so beautiful mixtures. It makes sense that the colors of health and wholeness are combinations. I often use the 7 basic colors when doing chakra work and clearing. I do not combine other colors or modalities with the 12 color meditation - it just doesn't fit or sit right. And indigo? It is just a really awesome blue - like a color crayon - I had trouble with that color until I actually saw a rainbow from a prism and then it was "Ooooh - so that's the color!" |

I am thinking about ascending, perhaps we should practice first--a little more. |
Hey Charlie,
another post by Alain, when I was poking around about the 12 colors (I was thinking in terms of colors from light: chakras, rainbows, white light spectrum, spiritual light publication) caused me to realize that the colors are the colors of surfaces, not light. For light black is the absence of color, where as for a surface black is all colors. So the colors used in the 12 colors (tho I've not read or know supercharging) are most likely the colors of "healthy" (as Alain says) cells--cellular color. This would be a living surface color, which would explain the particulate, speckled, or sparkling appearance. At any rate, the twelve colors used in supercharging are most likely shaded colors, not light-source colors like the publications on the chakras, or aura fields. Note, I did not say "reflected" colors (shaded by the surface they are reflected off of). [I doubt not that living cells generate a color--that is not actually light.] The red orange and pink you are thinking of are the colors of light. Block out the noise from all the light-gamma, then your thinking may understand, what a living cell generates. [disclaimer: I know nothing of supercharging, or the colors involved in supercharging, therefore, my information has nothing to do with supercharging, and is merely my attempt to understand what I read of it on this site. Alain may want to clarify further--as he did with my first post to this forum.] --- --- --- --- --- --- --- Go up, and stay for awhile. Then go back up and stay awhile longer. |

OK I was checking out those wikipedia articles, about the indigo dye and the color indigo//
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indigo So at my link, which color is the correct indigo apparently? Is it the indigo 'dye' color or one of the others, there is a whole list of various shades of indigo and violet and purple lol! Should be interesting to pick one out! |

Hi Charlie
Looking at the bottom of your link... It actually shows indigo (emboldened type) specifically under both "shades of blue" and "shades of violet". It's at the boundary between these two colours - which might explain it's place in the rainbow! I've seen great butterflies that shade in Australia - wonderful sight. My wife's bridesmaids were in indigo coloured dresses at our wedding - so I've nothing but good memories associated with the colour. Love, John |

hi Charlie and all -
I had trouble with indigo at first too. Then I started visualizing blueberries or blueberry juice as a color "cue" and that helps me. I also add an extra color to my 12 (13!) color meditation. When I took the supercharging workshop, and for some time thereafter, I kept seeing a yellow-green (sort of chartreuse) color in my energy field - and I don't typically see colors in that way, so that seemed significant. The instructor suggested I was seeing this because I was particularly needing those colors. So, I figured I'd give myself an extra "dose" whenever I do the meditation (at least once a day, usually) and added in yellow-green between yellow and green - I realize this is not the official procedure, but it does seem to be giving me an additional boost of those energies which I agree I need! I also use pink alot as a healing color, but not as part of 12-color meditation - so I guess I am somewhat of a purist (!) I often combine pink with u-nan, however. Thanks and blessings to you all - justjoan |

Yes. Since Cyan is a transition mixture of blue and green, I thought that the other transitions should have intermediate mixed colors also. So, I put chartruese between yellow and green, and lavender between blue and magenta. I give the transition mixtures half of the time that I give to the other colors. |

Actually, there are different color systems with different primary colors. In the "painter" system, red-blue-yellow are the 3 primary colors and everything else is made from combinations of them. In the "printer" system, magenta-cyan-yellow are the primaries.

Hi Charlie
It has been a while since i didn't post anything in this forum. I thought red, orange, and pink already have its pair in 12 colors meditation. Colors like red has its pair with cyan (blue green), pink is pair with green, orange is pair with blue. Its already paired in our nature of Gaia. If you observe, you can note them almost everywhere: flowers, birds, butterflies, fishes, etc. When you look at these nature beings, they frequently induce a feeling of beauty. These color pairs vibrate happiness and harmony. |
