I understand the inner color part of the 12 color / MBS meditation, but when it comes to the outer colours, i am unclear as to what needs to be done exactly. In the diagram on page 56, it shows the direction and flow from the outer edges of the auric field towards the skin of the body.

Does the absorbing from the outside colours start from the outer edges of the aura, and work its way to the skin, and continue to fill the body. Or does it start approximately from the skin and flow into the body towards the center?


After doing a Google image search of colours for the MBS meditation, i found variations. Wikipedia seemed a good source, but has various shades. The colours in the SuperCharging book are obviously inacurate. Mother of pearl was the hardest to find pictures of, and varied in looks/ colour. A search under "Abalone shell" seemed to be the only thing i could get anything decent, but do not know if appropriate to use and which ones.
-How Critical is the accuracy of the colour in the 12 Color Meditation?
-Which shade of colour is best to use?
-For mother of Pearl, is "abalone shell", ok to use.

Abalone is just fine. The colors in the book need to be held up to the light to get the right sense of them.

The outer colors go from the skin inwards till the body is fully saturated with the color, then move on to the next.

The accuracy of the color is pretty necessary to get the best results yet the values of the colors in the book are correct then when you see them with light behind them they are quite good. The metallic colors are not correct as you can not get metal colors from a printer. Use actual metal to get those correct.
