I've been working with this wonderful symbol/structure much more intensively over the past few weeks, and I'm truly amazed by it.

I didn't get a great deal out of the live SC class (taught by a former advanced practitioner who was ill with a URI for the two days ), so didn't get the hang of the 12-color meditation, nor get a real appreciation of the U-NAN at the time (I did take to the amplification method, tho), and it wasn't until I got the book that I decided to focus much more on these techniques.

I'm finding a profound affinity for this symbol, along with a deep appreciation of the quality of life force, healing, and evolution of consciousness it engenders.

I am also noticing (and enjoying) a concentrated core sense of my energy being radiating from my chest area. This is not a new sensation, but it had subsided for a time when I wasn't doing much energy healing and decreased my meditation practice down to almost nil in the late 90's (after my daughter was born, although my heart would still shine when with or thinking of her! ).

The radiance began to really return when I started working with HeartMath, and developing heart-centered energy empowerments.

It is astounding to me how simply working with the U-NAN is a heart empowerment all by itself! It is wonderful just to meditate, toning OOO-NANNN and feel the energy surge from my heart chakra!

I LOVE UNANs!!! They are so incredible useful such as stringing a pearl like unans on the spine.

I would not go anywhere without it, that's how much I have come to use this wonderful tool and resource.

Thanks to QT for teaching us this method.

I too like to use the UNAN symbol in my healing work.. I will often visualize throwing a handful of little unans into the area with the problem, (ie: into the soft tissues and joint of a total knee I am helping rehab).. then I will visualize a larger unan around the structure with a problem, (ie: the knee joint).. then I will place a LARGE unan around the whole person, with the person enclosed in the central white globe, or ball..
the little unans are rolling around inside the problem area like a handful of jacks that had been tossed.. the middle size unan rotates around the structure, with the injured structure (ie: the knee) inside the center white globe, and the largest rotates around the person..
once you have tried it a at time or two, it doesn't take any time to speak of, and it just feels much more powerful and energetic to leave the patient with this to prolong the healing.. ;-) Pennie

One of personal favorite uses of the UNAN is to run SC QT into a small DT quartz crystal I hold while imagining this little ball of energy in my hand as the collective consciousness of everyone around me for the highest good of all. You can do this with just your hand but the crystal seems to refine the energy a step further. I do this at my local cafe/bookstore, wherever I shop, and also at work. The changes in the atmosphere happen very fast. People begin to laugh and smile, ALOT! It's been a life changer for me. When you realize you have the power to make people happier wherever you go it is surreal and awesome. Have fun Alfred!

I use the U_NAN so often I would not think of doing work with out it - it is just second nature now and VERY effective. Yes - atmospheres respond wonderfully and sticky situations iron themselves out nicely if you place them inside the U-NAn.

Although I have always been good at visualization, I have had no success with the Oonan. I think it is because of the question I intend to put on the SC forum
