I am halfway through the Supercharching DVD's I've already done the others) and thought I would combine the 'spinning the rod' techniques with the daily Reiki self treatments I have been giving myself for practise.
Each time I do this my hands really start to tingle a lot! In fact I thought I was lying on my arms and trapping a nerve at one point!!

Please can Alain come to England and specifically Manchester so I can come on his course and then I can laugh all day at his dry humour and get supercharged up!!

Alain and Jody were in Manchester in mid-2006, and taught the SC and CT classes along with Deborah Gair (pardon my spelling?). Hopefully Alain had a good time with us, but now Deborah Gair is teaching the advanced classes in Europe. She was excellent last year, and you are sure to learn a lot if you go to one of her trainings. If you can scare up 11 more takers, the staff at QT Admin will work with you to set up a training. Send them and email!
