Hi since a month i have this and work with QT on it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantar_fasciitis
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heel_spur
I am a bit disappointed with the results though.
Key in treatment is
-kill the inflammation
-dissolve the spur the the spur in the heel generates pressure which triggers inflammation.

There appeared to be some relief in the past weeks, thought it was gone actually, but now its fully back. This week i am doing an hour/day at least with no notice-able effects.

I use amp technique and vortexing for the inflammation and then switch to the unan to dissolve the spur ... also trying to focus on the cellular level here.

i have following questions:
-does working on one foot (legs are crossed otherwise cannot reach) affect QT effectiveness since the sweep is on one leg?
-is it possible the the U-nan is not good to use in case of inflammation? (I remember a quote from alain that unan generates 'heat')

All QT often generates heat and the U-NAN pattern can elevate it. This "heat" is part of the healing process and it is fine.

When you work on yourself (with basic and SC) it often is slow, just keep plugging away at it and most notice a gradual improvement.

Keep us in the loop on how things progress.

Perhaps changing your mindset would help--a suggestion to think about. Instead of trying to "kill the inflammation," it might be easier to visualize your heel in perfect happy health. If you are focusing your thought on "inflammation" and "pain," and energy follows thought, which it does, could you be creating more inflammation and more pain by focusing your attention on them?

Try changing your focus away from negatives of pain and inflammation to holding the vision of smooth tissues, freely mobile, nicely pink and healthy, and the joy of perfect comfort while walking. Feel the emotion, the joy, of that perfect comfort, as though the condition had never existed, or was cured 5 years ago.

If you know wombing, tractor-beaming and steam release from Core Transformation work, do use those, creating more "space" around the sore spot. Otherwise use what you know, and also you might consider seeing a Certified Practitioner if one is near you for a hands-on session to get the ball rolling if you're having some difficulty doing that for yourself. A different vibration, yes?

I had bilateral heel spurs of huge magnitude that nearly crippled me, and well before I knew about QT or any energy work for that matter, the pain was so bad I had them surgically excised. Then it took another year for the post-surgical pain to go away. Now, I would surely have a different approach. Having said that, there are medical treatments for heel spurs that work well for many people, short of having them removed, so you may want to see a podiatrist for a consultation. I wish you happy walking!!!

Hi Arjan,
I use QT regularly and am totally convinced of its benefits. However, what really worked wonders for my heel spur was homeopathy. (This was recommended to me by friends who had been tremendously helped by homeopathy for similar problems)I am feeling 90% better already. I am sure it will work for you. Do let us know.

hi,
just a thought. do you take statin drugs? Many times, plantar fascitis is connected to statins. stop taking, pain gone. (Take herbal rememdies to lower cholesterol)
