I have been working on my father in-law's hearing loss condition for a while and can't seem to get much change. I think his hearing loss may be due to taking many different prescription drugs over the years and possible kidney damage. I'm wondering if I should do SC QT on his kidneys? Or would CT be more appropriate for healing loss. Thanks for any insight or tips anyone might have with helping this condition.

Just a comment that hopefully the Dcotors are not overlooking the obvious. Both my father and father-in-law had issues with hearing, vertigo, and just plain being cranky. My father in law was hospitalised for a week for dizziness and they could find nothing. I kept asking "check his ears for wax build-up." (My dad had a similar problem) After he got out of the hospital and went back to the Dr.'s office, he did finally check and removed a large blockage of wax. His hearing improved radically (for a while) and his vertigo was gone. I guess this is the last thing the Dcotors think of (DUH!) Hopefully, this has been checked, but if not, give it a try. This is where QT can really complement conventional medicine.... (maybe)

Bless you for sending Jana! He did have his ears checked for wax during a recent hearing aid session. I tried CT last night. I will do SC QT on his kidneys and ears again to see if we can get any improvement.

What do the kidney's have to do with hearing?

According to traditional chinese medicine there seems to be an energetic connection betweeen the kidneys and the ears. Iatrogenic hearing loss (from drugs) is often a result of damage to the kidneys which I'm sure he has. He has been through many surgeries in which anesthesia is often the culpret in healing loss. From what I've read it is a slow process rebuilding the kidneys and ears. I'll update you guys when I see some improvements in my fathere in-law.

A dislocation of the 3rd bone in the ear could also be a possible cause, or calcium buildup on the bones.

One of my clients was given these possible scenarios by his hearing specialist, so I used CT - poking with the stick on the 3rd bones to start with. Sure enough after a couple of minutes, his hearing began to improve.

There can also be fluid in the eustachian tube, so concentrating on clearing congestion from the sinus and ears is an idea. One thing he can do is to grab the earlobes, and pull firmly down and out. This is a chiropractic technique that opens the eustacian canal and helps drainage. I used this technique on the same client the week previously along with good 'ol QT and he could feel stuff draining out.

Lastly, there is a nerve feeding the eardrum and surrounding structures. If there is any damage to the nerve, hearing is also affected. Has he ever had a ruptured eardrum? Bad ear infection? Perhaps CT wombing or some SC would be good for the nerve in this case.

What I've been doing as a habit now when using SC, (similar to the emotional technique) is applying the unan around the spot, surrounding that with a silver bubble, and filling inside with copper, silver, gold. Sometimes I'll feel around for a good color to surround the outside of the bubble.

I'm finding this makes for deeper work and faster shifts.

Thanks for inquiring Mhari. I haven't noticed any improvements with my father inlaw's hearing but I ain't giving up that easy! I made him and orb too which I am hoping will be giving him a steady flow of healing lifeforce energy to his ears and whole body for that matter. I am hoping the nerves and ear apparatus can rejuvenate.

Yes , he is open to a degree. I taught him EFT and he uses it from time to time. I get the feeling he thinks it's a little out there. But at the same time he'll say "work on Mom her neck is hurting".

Just a thought, but you might want to work on his eliminative organs as well. If the hearing loss is indeed drug-induced, his body will probably need some help eliminating the residue and any accumulations in his body's tissues. So I would work the Bowel and liver in addition to the kidneys for a few sessions, and you might also want to do some work on his lymphatic system as well.

I went to an ear nose and throat specialist and they told me I had nerve damage. Wanted to send me for a hearing aid. I refused to go and started using helichrysum. Rubbed it behind my ears several times a day. Still don't have a hearing aid and am hearing fine. The doctor charged me $200 for the visit could have bought alot of Helichrysum for that.

I can give you a tip in the direction of de-toxification of the body. You should read the books from Arnold Ehret , that says that fasting and eating only fruit and vegetables for long periods can help the natural body's disintossication and healing process and therefore healing every disease and wrong conditions. I think it may be ok for you going in this direction .
