The Arise and Shine products are magnificent. There is a book "Cleanse and Purify Thyself" which describes all the details of what kinds of things to expect during a cleanse, outlines different levels of cleansing, shows pictures (gross) of what comes out of you during the process. I can definitely confirm that a lot of stuff came out of me that looked leathery and almost black. I could see the outline of different parts of my colon. During one of the cleanses, I smelled cigarettes and no one around me was smoking. It was cellular debris being released from my colon from when I was a kid and both mom and dad were smoking a lot. (thankfully they have both stopped now!!)
