I got my Supercharging DVDs today. YIPEEEEE!! I am loving them. I've gotten through the first 1.5 hours and I can feel such an increase in the energy just from the amplification technique. I can't wait to see where this leads.

I only wish there was a Supercharging class I could take in person *now* so I could get feedback about how I am doing. But in the meantime, this is great

I've had the DVD's for a few months now and was practicing the techniques... I just did the supercharging class on the weekend and learned a few things.

The first thing about the amplification techique - I can't see or feel the energy so I just imagined the movements. I pretended I was spinning the chakra at my feet, dividing it in two and sweeping it up to the top of my head, just like on the DVD's. Then I imagined I was grabbing that balloon string and floating up to the next chakra, and so on... Because I can't see or feel the energy I just pretended the chakra was there and continued with the technique... At the supercharging workshop I found out that it didn't matter if the chakras were not where I was thinking they were... If you intended they were where you pretended then they would come to you. I actually pushed the chakras away from me because I was pretending they were further than they actually were, but they stopped right where I pretended them to be and I continued on...

Energy follows thought... So as long as you are following Alain's instructions I can't see you going wrong... The feedback at the workshop helped increase my confidence in myself... It is an awesome workshop and I higly recommend it...

The only thing I had to correct myself on during the weekend was during the 12-colour meditation, I had 3 of the colors slightly off what they should have been...
