Hi Smiler
I've been working with the basic techniques with fabulous results for less than a month. What I'm wondering is whether I should carry on with the basic techniques or work through the supercharging book. I did the 12 chakra thingie today and was AMAZED at the energy buzzing out of my hands. That was 3 hours ago- and I can STILL feel it! I did a little experiement using the energy modality I normally work with to send distant healing to my mum in South Africa- and she contacted me to say she felt much better within a couple of hours. Fabulous!
Should I take it slowly or go ahead and start learning supercharging techniques?
Any advice?
Thanks, Leigh

Hi Leigh,

I would whole heartedly recommend you go ahead and move on with the Supercharging Techniques when you're able to. I spent very little time with the basic techniques, and have almost always done Supercharging. I didn't spend anywhere close to a month with the basics as you have.

Right now I'm trying to learn the Core techniques from the DVD set, and I'm finding that difficult, as if I have kind of a mental block there. But I don't think it's because of not spending enough time with the basic techniques. And I am starting to get it. I think I just need to spend more time on it.

Enjoy!

Denise

I recommend that you go ahead and read up on the Supercharging book if you're craving it. In many ways it will help reinforce and refine the way in which you perceive the energy to run through your body. If you read the book in an orderly manner and take the time to really practice the things that are mentioned early on, then you will be on the right track. The 12-color meditation is one thing, and the other is called the amplification technique. All great stuff that I'm sure you'll enjoy! And of course, simply refer to the quantum touch book if you need help with the basics or just search these wonderful forums!

Hi,

I think you will do best with what you are attracted to. The fact that you feel you want to do the Supercharging is something that you should listen to and go with.

Also, if you are having trouble learning the CT work from the DVD's, try leaving it and concentrating on the Supercharging for a while. Work with the Supercharging and then see what happens. You might find that when the time is right you will be able to come back to the CT without a problem.

I did my first Basic workshop a year ago now and then experimented with this for a while. I was not sure what I wanted to do next and there was both a Supercharging class and a CT class in the UK. My decicion was made for me really, when I found that the Supercharging class was fully booked, so I had no choice but to do CT.

I am really glad that I did, as I found that I had far more affinity with this and I actually found it quite easy to do. I liked the listening aspect a lot as it was very similar to the work I was already doing with craniosacral therapy.

Anyway, in this case, follow your heart and good luck.

Namaste

Sarah
