I have studied the Supercharge DVD and am signed up for a workshop next month. In the meantime I have a friend who is anxious to start loosing weight with QT.

Here is my question, when using the supercharge technique for weight control, how often would you schedule a session and what would be a good minimum average amount of session necessary before one can possibly start seeing results.

I intend to use both: the system normalizing technique as well as transforming emotional wounds and spend half the time working on each. Also how long of a session should I allow for.

In my opinion, you'll start seeing reasonable benefits from 15 min. sessions focusing on weight optimization. Since you're using an U-NAN, don't be afraid to set it and forget it. An ELB around the area when you're done. Don't be afraid to substitute emotional-healing colours for other areas. I've found that to be effective for me. Standard ELB colours for physical issues. Emotional-healing colours for emotional issues.

I'd work a minimum of 30 minutes for both the optimization and emotional issues.

Hey,Trane, thanks for your suggestions and for answering my post.
I guess not many people have experimented with this. Or may be the post's wording just sounded too boring.

Well I guess I'll be doing some experimenting and start with 30 or more minutes sessions 3 times a week. Since she lives far away, I'll do one live and 2 distance. I like your idea of an emotional colors elb.

You are correct, start with about 3 times a week and then taper off as results are achieved.

The amount of time you should run energy is until it "feels" complete. Each person you treat and each treatment is unique so it is hard to state and "ideal" amount of time for any one session.

Zen, are you saying that as you run energy you lose weight? If so focusing the energy as you run it ought to make you change even faster.

Sometimes a session can take a while but its worth it. Smiler

Suzanne, SC weight optimization is based on using the U-NAN. The target is the stomach and digestive system itself. There is no hands-on required for this particular work.
