1. Is the 8th chakra left spinning around the head at just above eyebrow level and imagine it opening like a flower...and does that mean that this particular chakra will look like a funnel around the head, hence through it we drop the 9-12th ones?

2. And when all of them are spinning, as I carry on sweeping and breathing, do I have to, from time to time, go back to them and visualize them spinning, or just let them do their work and only concentrate on sweeping and breathing?

3. When sweeping, do I have to feel the energy going up through my body, head, down shoulders and arms and into the hands? I find it difficult to feel it going from shoulders down! How can I correct this? I remember on th SC DVD, Alain was telling one of the students that her energy was not travelling very smoothly in between shooulders and palms, and this may be my case recently. I am not worried about why (or maybe I should?), I would like to know how to correct this approach...

Once the 8th is opened above your head and the rest are dropped down, it's on auto-pilot. I then just sweep and breathe while imagining a white light spinning and glowing in my torso. I spin and glow for a bit then "set it and forget it." I don't know if that's exactly right but it works well for me.

Hi, The eight chakra is about 8 or 10 inches BELOW the feet. The ninth is located above thr crown of the head.

Yes, Mr. Wilson, you are correct in general. However, re-check the Super Charging Amplified Resonance technique. You'll find the 8th chakra sitting on top of the head.

Hi, Gabriela - Re: your arms - yes, it sounds like they are somewhat blocked - simply continuing to practice breathing and sweeping will help - also, one way of opening up an area is simply focusing your awareness on it. You could start with your fingers and work your way up to your shoulders, not bothering to synchronize with your breathing, but simply focusing your awareness on, say, an inch at a time. Or if that's a bit too obsessive for you (certainly would be for me!), perhaps you can simply slowly breathe and sweep up and down your arm from your fingers to your neck for a few minutes every day. Physical yoga stretches could be helpful as well to get the energy moving.

Yes the 8th chakra does open out like a funnel once you have brought it up through your body and flattened it out on the top of your head so the upper chakras drop through it.
Also you just spin the central channel after this to spin all the chakras together and you could repeat it from time to time.

If one feels as though they are "standing behind their eyes" as they sweep energy down from head into hands, one feels the energy move moreso into the shoulders, arms and hands.

Thank you for this! I shall apply your tip... It is as if one is detaching from herself/himself and just watches the energy flow. It is one way of removing the ego from the equation....very smart way. Just observe.
