I have been to a basic seminar, and have been practising running energy since with fairly good results.. but when watching the supercharging DVD the other day, it occured to me that in practise sessions, the students were not visiably breathing any different then usual.. when I run energy, I use deep diaphram breaths, and release it slowly.. its usually somewhat audible.. it doesnt seem that the supercharging students were breathing deeply or audibly.. what am I missing? I dont seem to really feel the energy run as well if I dont breath like that.. ;-\

Usually students begin with breathing that is audible. Over time they learn how to breathe deeply without making so much noise. The deep breathing is important. You may find that you can do it with less noise than you think you need to make. Definitely keep up the deep breathing, even if you continue to make some noise. It is more important than being completely silent.

I agree with Debra, but there's one moment when maybe there will be audible breathing, during amplification, on Alain's notes we find:

"... Then sweep and do the fire breath, pumping a lot of energy..."
