Just a quick note. I've just arrived back from the SuperCharging Class in Amsterdam, Holland with
Denise Godfrey. It was excellent! I enjoyed every moment of it and highly recommend it! Smiler

Going back to what people have been saying about the CT, I think it is a very interesting discussion and valuable.

However, it is my feeling that once that right place is found, your body will commit it to cellular/tissue memory that you can access again, once you are in that healing space - for me that is my heart chakra, if this is open, then things have a natural flow.

I will give you an example of this. It is not from QT specifically, but does come from other energetic work. I have done quite a lot of energetic work and just have fun with it.

Anyway, following on from an intensive Shiatsu course that I took last year, I decided to start attending their Tai Chi course on Monday evenings. As part of the Tai Chi, there was a certain amount of what is called Iron Shirt Qi Gong, which is getting your structure correct so that you have a balance and a strength and cannot be pushed over by an opponent. I had never done this before, so it took me a long time over the two weeks that I attended to find that place in me where the resistance should come from. Right towards the end of the second week I got it and actually felt the difference. For some reason, after two sessions I could no longer attend anymore.

Just recently, I have done two further courses at the same place, one of which was a foundations course in Taoist practices and it included some of the Iron Shirt Qi Gong exercises that I had done previously. I did them and then took up the stance and the instructor came around to push us. I managed to get back to that space of knowingness instantly and when he came and pushed me, I was solid, so much so that he did not have to adjust my posture and he even said in amazement that he thought I had done it before - correct, but only on two previous occassions.

I think it did also help that during that year, I had had some structural integration bodywork done - Hellerwork/Rolfing 10 sessions, but ultimately, I think it was that memory of how to do it that was held in the tissues at a deep level that just seemed to come back and I did not realise that until the instructor came round and I then realised.

It has to be the same with the CT. Once you get to the right space, I think there is just a knowingness on a deep level that is stored and once you create the right space again, you can get back there and that is why you don't need to try really. Thinking and trying seems to get in the way. Trust the process and if you do that, the memory of it will surface and you will be in that right place.

I think tissue memory can be a two way process. As much as we all have things that need to be released at that level to allow us to move forward, it can also work well for us, by storing that knowing information for us to go back to and that will surface at just the right moment.

Love and Light
