is it possible to take care of permenant scars for good.??scars that are more than 2-3 yrs old and is thre any special techiniques i can useto do that??

our body is made up of 70 % water.so if charge the water we drink will it be more faster and longer lasting than a healing season.i also have heard that cold water can store more energy than hot water?is this true?

I'm sure it can have an effect on the scar. Just relax, have the client relax, do the quickening 12 color meditation for the both of you. Try sending specific colors like Gold for the skin. Try placing the U-Nan pattern on the area to focus your energy and intone OOONAAAN. At the end send copper-silver-gold. Make it nice and thick and fluffy full of life and create the elastic bandage. The elastic bandage of copper-silver-gold colors helps the healing session last the longest. It's a great idea to charge up the persons water though, it will be beneficial for sure.

And last but not least in regards to how much "energy" water can store. I don't believe there is a way we can quantify that. Hot water has MORE energy than cold water simply because heat=energy. Room-temperature water will be easiest on a persons stomach though, so just charge that up if available..

Even old scars can heal, given the body has what it needs to make it happen. There is a nutritional suplement called "MSM sulfur" that is good for enhancing the body's ability to heal scar tissue, among other things. Perhaps this is something you and your friend would be interested in looking into on top of the QT technigues that Anto has explained so well.
Also, charging water and adding to it the intention that the energy help to heal the scars will help bring about the more speciffic outcome that you are looking for. I have had some success with putting energized intent into water; maybe this would help your friend also.
