I just finished reading the first chapter of the Supercharging book which brought me back to my own experience so I though I would share.

I watched the Supercharging video last year before attending the class in Nova Scotia with Deborah Gair. I took myself through the Amplification exercises in the book and thought it was very nice. I really wasn't expecting it to be much more than that in person.

I happened to be the last person to be taken through this process and we were already into lunch time so the teacher let the other students go to lunch. I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience this with only the teacher and my fellow partner present. Deborah took me though the exercise... connecting and bring up the 8th and connecting and bringing down 9 -12. It was so much more than what I was expecting. I was totally shifting energetically... it was like I had no control at that point.... once we hit the 12th I was in total bliss. My hands went up, tears started to stream, and a smile was in my heart and on my lips. I believe I was talking too.... but I am not sure what I was saying. ( I don't think it was english!) To say the least I was very surprised. I was not expecting to have such a powerful experience. Deborah was great through the hole process.

The other really neat thing I noticed in class was that when others were going through their exercises I was aware when they found their different chakras and when they were spinning them fast enough because of the different sensations that I was feeling in my body. Sometimes my right hand would jerk just as they got it. That was really neat to experience as well.

Thank you Alain for writing the book. It will be great to have a quick reference. The DVD was wonderful as well... but I have to say there is nothing like taking the class in person.

I have to agree with you there... I had the awesome experience of the Supercharging class this weekend with Denise teaching... She is such an amazing teacher...

I've had the videos for a few months now and have been practicing some of the techniques, not quite sure if I was doing them right or not... I got the book a couple weeks ago, and it answered some of my questions...

Then I made it to the live workshop, and am I ever glad I did... I learned so much from Denise... I learned I was doing most of the exercises right... She helped correct a couple of my colors during the 12-color meditation, and she taught a few more exercises... My faith and belief levels increased a lot as well... I even learned of a way I could sense energy that I've never noticed before...

She is putting together a Supercharging II class, and I plan to be the first on board when it comes to a city near me... I can't wait...

I'd like to thank Denise and everyone else at QT for making these workshops possible...

I agree. I will be the second on the list for Supercharging 2. It was great to meet you in person at the Supercharging class. I am still processing lots and looking for people to practice on.

I appreciated all the questions you asked as they really helped me out too. Thanks for asking them. I see you really think things through!

I agree that Denise did a super job. She makes things fun and light and presents in a well organized way building on the skills. I too learned so much and gained so much confidence in what I was/am doing. I feel really good about working with all the new things we learned.



Charged myself up before the drive home and just sort of floated home. Much different from the Friday night drive up.
