I originally put this in general discussions. Didn't realize a special supercharging forum existed.....

I bought the DVD and was very excited to get it. But I got discouraged after a while,because I never really understood the sensation(s) I'm suppose to feel when the "energy meets". I've read some explanations but somehow it just wasn't that clear. When I'm working on clients, I basically just keep to the basics 'cause I'm afraid of wasting time trying out chakra spinning (didn't get too far after that) but I know things could go faster with the Supercharging. I know, I know, I have to have more confidence and believe. Could someone explain the various sensations one should feel when "energy meets"...very clearly!

Also, could I practice on myself, even on a place that is not problematic and "feel" the energy meeting?

Sensations are different for everyone. Like Basic, some feel heat, cold, vibrations, flow like water or air. I get goosebumps sometimes or a butterfly feeling in my stomach sometimes a flash of weightlessness. (When I do Core, the tip of my nose feels a bit of pressure.) Some (like me) are sensation challenged. Intention is key. Intend for the energy to meet and it does. You're never wasting your time when you're sweeping and breathing. As you practice more, you'll feel more. But for now, don't worry so much about what you feel. Focus on sweeping, breathing, the various techniques, and your intention. I find that when I'm focusing on what I'm (not) feeling, I'm not focusing on my intent. Moral of my morning ramblings: Don't worry.

Meeting of energies is something I have never used or noticed, outside 'electronics'.
When I heal, I use the right hand and often towards the finish, I can pick it up with the left
With energy following 'intention' I could make them meet anywhere in that body, or anywhere on Earth! And thats a REAL Quantum action! But my healing is strictly basic, I don't need anything else.
If the energy doesn't meet, it seems to go where needed. If I make it meet as Alain says, I seem to lose about 50% of my power to heal.

Reckon if one is stuck with crook PWs, one will run into them everywhere! Even when you get them right, they are still wrong!!

The key is to allow it to meet and then set it free. If you kept it in the point I would agree it would limit what it can do and where it will go.
