I recently bought the supercharging DVD's and started watching them. When they get to the color meditation, in the workshop they all have some written information and a paper with the colors on it. I did not get a color chart with the DVD's, is that not included with the DVD's? Is the color chart available somewhere else? How can I practice and even hope to be visulizing the right colors without something to work from?

You should have received a multi-page handout with your DVD's that have, at the back, a chart with the 12 colours as well as the U-NAN pattern on it.

If you didn't get this for some reason, email QT and they will send you one.

Thanks Jo-Ann, I wondered if maybe I did not recieve something I was suppose to with the DVD's.. I will contact the QT 'store' and ask them to send me the paperwork... ;-)

All my info was in a 6x9 white envelope. Thinking it contained some type of advertising, I didn't even look in it until several weeks after I started watching the DVD's. I was about to throw it out when I wondered, "What is this?" Turns out it contained most of the info I received at the live SC workshop, including the 12 color chart, the U-NAN pattern, and the packing list.

Keep in mind that some of the colors cannot be accurately reproduced on the computer printout because they are metallic in nature, but Alain explains that in the DVD's.
