Hi Alain,
When I do the reversed aging technique,
I set the U-NAN inside the white ellipse and vortex the latter around the U-NAN pattern. Do I have to see in my mind's eye the rotating of the ellipse or just set it and forget it, just continue to sweep and breathe and intonig U-NAN.

On a lighter note:
When I do this technique for someone, say my wife, do I also get thebenefit, just as when I
heal someone I also get healed?

Once it is spinning fast enough it is on autopilot, just sweep an breathe and intone U-NAN.

If you do this for someone else it doesn't work for you at the same time. Each needs to be done individually.

The sweeping an breathing you are doing does have a beneficial effect but the process needs to be going on inside you to have the full affect on you.

Another question about the reversed aging technique - if you do this every day, is it still beneficial to do the MBS meditation as well?

Yes, the two are integral yet one can stand without the other. However, when you use the U-NAN pattern you first "prime the pump" so to speak with the MBS "quickening". Then you incorporate the U-NAN.

Remember as well that after 3 weeks you an simply do the quickening am and pm. This would mean that you wouldn't need to do the quickening prior to starting the longevity technique.

Alain, I am sorry, but I do not completely understand. Do I do the MS first (initially the full version, and after 3 weeks the quickening) and then do the longevity technique? I generally do the full hour in one go, in the morning (I have found that if I do it at night, I have overheating problems during the night).

Or is it enough to do just the longevity technique?

If you are doing the MBS meditation 2X per day then you don't need to do it prior to doing the Longevity Technique.

If you are not, then say the 12 colors before you start the Longevity Technique.

The MBS meditation, the full version only needs to be done for 3 weeks after that you can do the shortened/quickening if you prefer with good results.
