In an effort to be more efficient, could I combine the reverse aging meditation with qigong movements? For example, go through the 12 colors, amp up, bring the unan down, spin the white energy, 4-4, and once things are smooth just sweep and breathe while doing qigong movements. Will this lessen the effects of the reverse aging technique? Thanks for your time, and thanks Alain for your answer to my first post.
yes I also find that once its up and running, doing other stuff is not really a problem, eg i have done it while checking in for a flight and all that .. provides a nice & soft energy boost too
