my dad is suffering frm back pain and nowdays he says suddenly some parts of his body become num for a few sec..,, at night when he sleeps he wakes in the middle of the night to find out that some parts of his body are num and when he drinks water it becomes alright! it expalins it feels like pouring water on dry skin..

he also had a mri taken and the reports are
diffuse bulge with smaller posterior central disc protrusion at l3,l4 and l5-s1 levels ..

dad had just finished a massge but not of much use..

my question was how to trat that numness and wht colout to use ! am controlling back bain by qt successfully but it comes back.

if any1 had any idea on wht to do plz help!

Hi

Sandwich each vertebrae and check his hip. After that lay a hand at the sacrum and the other on his crown or the back of the head.

If you don't know what colour to use, do the quickening and place the Unan in the area.
That's what I would do.

Each nerve root enervates a specific part of the body. The specific areas that are numb will tell a doctor which nerve roots are involved. If you google "nerve roots, dermatomes" you should be able to find a body map showing this. If the MRI report is correct, he has a bulging intervertebral disc at two levels of his spine -- both in the lower back area.

Balance the hips and occiput, run energy into all levels of the spine, being sure to cover areas above and below the lower back--that is high back or entire spine, and be sure to include tailbone and pelvis.

It's always good to spend time at C7 vertebra too.....the big bump just below the neck. Twelve colors and UNAN are good, and silver is a good color to emphasize. Working on head and feet might help, too.

Numbness at night is common -- from lying in one position for a long time, or compressing a nerve or vessel while sleeping in odd position. Usually the numbness or tingling will go away in a few minutes, just by changing one's position or walking for a few moments.

when parts of the body become numb its ususally because of the deterioration of the human body because of free radicals.....

read kevin tredou books about cleansing the human body............................ if you clean out your system your whole entire physical improves dramatically also alkalizing your body helps alot as well

.....forgot to mention that I also would wrap the ELB around lumbar vertebraes after a thorough work out with the Unan.
