My question is related to the age reversal technique. When doing the amplification I find it easier to do if I do it while standing. So, is it ok to amp myself up while standing, then lay down and continue with the rest of the steps of the age reversal technique? Also, do I have to sweep and breath the 6-6 breath while amping up, or can I start the 6-6 after I amp myself up? Thanks, I appreciate your help. QT is awesome!!!
