Hi Everyone,

Thanks, Admin, for setting up the additional forums. It's great!

During the SC workshop I was told to "set & forget" the U-nan one time, that it will go where ever it needs to in the body. I was also told to do it at every location you go to. Both ways work--just wondering what you've heard.

Another thought: As I run the colors, some provide a stronger flow than others. And I was told that even if we run one color, the client's body will change it to whatever color they need. So then, why do we even bother, in a sense? Why not just run the energy and acknowedge that the client will receive exactly what they need?

I do run all of them (and stay with the stronger ones longer) & set the U-nan as taught; perhaps the spectrum of color just stimulates the field either for healing or to activate vibrations that weren't previously activated (thus, for healing. Smiler).

What is your understanding? Thanks for your input, opinions & ideas. Wink

You place the u-nan pattern in the pt where the energy meets. Every time you move to a new spot you have a new center therefore you place the u-nan pattern there. You "set it and forget it" because if you don't overly dwell on the image after setting it, it makes it much easier to relax into the flow.

We practice with the color to understand how having a particular flow creates a difference and when you match the colors to what is observed it makes an even finer change.

When you practice the colors are simply offered to the client and the u-nan pattern produces as necessary.

When you experiment with particular problems and desire a more focused result with the u-nan pattern that is when understanding the individual colors comes into greater use.

Hi Alain,

Thank you for your explanations. That's basically what I have been doing & once I "set & forget" it's easy to just go into allowing.

Ok, so for instance, I've been working with Fibromyalgia clients. I would be inclined towards copper for the neurological benefits, so might it be beneficial to work more with that? It happened naturally (feeling the flow more) but is there something more I could do?

I approached these women with this idea: the systems of the body (physical, energetic) seem to be in chaos & are not communicating well. If we can calm down the systems & find some balance, possibly integration & communication & therefore, healing can happen.

I'm pretty careful to talk about health & balance, not disease & problems. You can cross over quickly into "practicing medicine without a license" and I want to steer clear of that.

Again, thank you for your clarity.

Suzanne

You are describing that their energy feels chaotic. This implies that an emotional healing may be useful.

If copper appears to go in easily, use the u-nan pattern and surround it with a bubble and place copper inside the bubble, set it and forget it, and continue with the treatment. That is how I would approach it given what you have told me.

Well, the explanation to them about the chaotic systems was (my logical reasonings) done before any sessions--it was based on general fibromyalgia symptoms/info & what I feel to be true--definitely generalizations, used to explain my approach. They (specific imbalances) were all different, with some similarities. Fascinating.

I'm looking forward to your March CT class in Portland. I radiate my core energy and this sounds similar, in that the high vibration (whatever you term it) that you are within is held to enable/allow the client to resonate with THAT vibration. It's more of "being with" than "doing to". I'm excited to learm more about it. I tend to Do more than Be ... that's one of my 2006 shifts ... more time in Being!

Thanks for all your clarity & explanations.
