Just watching the SC vidies and have a question. When intending to make the energy meet at a point, that seems easy enough if you are in the sandwich position. How do you make the energy meet at a point if you are working in a position - like into the sinuses - where you are perpendicular to the area with both hands? Is that clear? Your hands being side-by-side rather than opposite each other.

That is also covered in the video, you triangulate. Palms are each a pt of a triangel pt inside sinuses would be a third.
