Hi.

I'm just working through the SC DVD and have been doing some "client amping" during hands on sessions. It feels pretty intuitive to me that it should also be the same deal for working on a client during distant healing, but I just want to be sure.

When doing distant healing, is it more appropriate to amp up a client or ourself?

Either way is appropriate. Actually, I ramp both of us at the same time as taught in supercharging. I find I have more energy, and include uunan, it becomes a powerful combination

Thanks. I just got the answer on the 5th DVD (distant is _exactly_ the same as hands-on), so it's all a matter of following the setup protocol to determine what needs to be done.

Peace. :-D
