A friend of mine emailed this link to me and I felt I had to share.
There seem to be plans to ban collodial silver and so it happens to be timed with the launching of the h1n1 mass vaccination.

Thanks for the heads up Nicky . . . I've got mine.

For those who don't know the benefits of CS, it is a powerful, natural anti microbial, anti-fungal, antibacterial, antiviral ... that can be safely ingested or applied topically.

You will hear/read scare stories about people turning blue from using it. This can ONLY happen if an extremely LARGE amount is taken for a LONG time.

It gets rid of all kinds of bad stuff, safely and quickly and that is why it is such a threat to the big drug companies.
Antibiotics can also destroy GOOD/beneficial enzymes and bacteria - Colloidal silver does NOT.

I believe it should be used sparingly.
ie:
A few weeks ago I woke up with a raw, red, screaming sore throat. I "gargled" with a tablespoon of CS for about ten or twenty seconds and poof - the throat was fine.

Ready made colloidal silver is very expensive and mysterious, imo. I am on a yahoo list (silverpets) that strongly recommends home-made colloidal silver. The reason is not just the price, but that if you make it yourself you KNOW the ingredients, which should only be distilled water and silver. They also strongly recommend a low ppm concentration. Highly concentrated forms often have protein or salt in them to stabilize, and the particles of silver may be too big.

I use the Silverpuppy model, which is very simple- you just pour distilled water into a cup, set the generator into the cup, set it on the warming plate, and turn on. There are various other brands that are recommended too. Lots of info at silverpets on uses people have found for CS and answers to questions.

Hi this is very intersting I forgot about my CD Thanks.

I have a bottel of CD have not used it for a long time so I forgot how to take it. Do you take it straight from the bottle and how much or and how often? Do you have to mix it with a liquid?

Could you tell me please?

Thanks very much

I would personally be very wary of ingesting CS that I didn't make myself. Who knows what is in it! What concentration is it? There are a couple of brands that seem to be well thought of, but I don't recall the names. There is a lot of hype about commercially made brands (this is the Best, etc)
Here are 2 sites with lots of info:
I like the first one, as it is a manageable amount of info. The main silverlist is huge.
http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/SilverPets/

http://silverlist.org/

If you have clear, simple low ppm (10-15 ppm) CS I have read of people taking a spoonful at a time, and have read of people who consume more, say a 1/4 cup. I would take it by itself. Some people with Lyme have combined CS at a large amount with Rife therapy. People on the pet list will sometimes put out 2 water bowls, one tap water and one with CS. People with rabbits have had success nebulizing CS for respiratory things (rabbits are delicate). If something dire was in my town I would start drinking some, but I tend to use it more for topical use. When you make your own it is so cheap you can end up using it to spray your counters, etc, lol. It is said to be effective with single-celled critters that it comes in contact with, so some people also mix it with DMSO so it can be transported through clean skin. I haven't had much in the way of ailments to experiment with, but have gathered lots of files about it just in case....

Like I said, I personally don't take it on a regular basis, saving it for problems.
If it's a cut or skin infection I want to prevent or take care of it can be applied with gauze.
If it's to fight off a cold or flu I would take a tablespoon straight from the bottle, held in the mouth for 30 seconds and swallowed. Every four hours or four times a day, on an empty stomach. Like before each meal and bedtime.
This is how I use it.
That, along with some other supplements and QT is how we just helped my Dad get rid of MRSA. Big Grin

Chrissie - congrats and thanks for the memory jog (which I clearly needed)! I forgot I gave some to a neighbor who used it to get rid of a MRSA skin problem he'd had for a couple years (including doc and ER visits). Great stuff.
Now, what do you have for memory, lol?

I had heard that B15 is excellent for memory.
I think it's actually in the calcium family. Anyway I ordered some and have had it for some time.
I can't tell you if it works or not tho.
I keep forgetting to take it.

Hi,
I checked out the silver puppy web site. Which model do you use? I'd like to try the home made CS. The stuff you buy in the stores is too expensive. Can you make the gel with your model? Thanks.

I have what is now called the basic model (this was it when I got it a few years ago). I have been very happy with it. The auto shut off feature is very important to me, as I don't want to hang around 'babysitting' it. I don't mind making lots of small batches, but if you wanted to make a big amount at once there are models and manufacturers that create pints, quarts or gallons at one time. Some of the people who ran dog shelters used a LOT and needed a bigger generator, but the little one is perfect for what me and my family and friends might use. I did eventually get a Hanna tester for determining the ppm reading, but not at first.

btw, I have not made the gel. I think that is done using a powder you get from the site but will have to go and read up on it to recall.

I would be interested to hear from those people that have purchased machines for making Colloidal Silver, and get your opinions on what machine to buy, and information on where to buy them, and the supplies for producing the silver. Thanks. Gord

Well, I'd join the silverpets list at yahoo and check the extensive files. There are files on choosing your device and what the website sources are. I don't know if they are sold in shops but have never seen one in a retail setting. This question comes up a LOT, and the list members and owners are very patient in explaining things.

The generator comes with silver wires to fit in the gadget. The silverpuppy for example has U shaped wires with a fitting on one end that sits in a socket. The Bob Beck Silver Pulser has straight silver wires that stick through holes. You do want very pure grade silver, so I'd reorder from the manufacturer or very trusted source. You swap the wires in their holes after each batch so they wear away evenly, as the current travels in one direction. I have not used up my first set of wires yet in a few years, and they don't look much different than when I got them - the one pair is good for many, many gallons. I get my steam distilled water from the supermarket, for about $1.50/gallon.

Hi Gord,

I agree with Holly, the Silverpuppy is the best home CS gen on the market. I had a Silverpuppy for many years and it worked flawlessly. I now use a five gallon pro unit these days as I make CS wholesale for local health food stores.

For lots of info go to www.silverpuppy.com

Blessings
