Just thought I would share an interesting experience I have been having.

I have been using one of the energy psychology techniques for the past few days, for an hour a day, working on clearing feelings about a specific event.

After about 20 minutes of each session I suddenly find my right leg having what feels like the most powerful and intense explosions of energy going from my toes up to my hip. It lasts the rest of the hour and it feels like my leg is a dead weight, with extreme buzzing/liquid movement/explosions of energy going through my toes upwards.

Needless to say, afterwards the skin on my right leg feels much much hotter than my left.

It seems to me that even though i have never had any troubles with my right leg, I must have stored some serious emotions in that area.

Does anyone know if the right leg is associated with anything in particular?

Has anyone else had this type of experience while working on emotional healing?
