Has anyone found the Dreamhealer book or DVD useful? Anything practical or helpful for energy work?

Hi Steve, I have found the visualizations Adam uses to be helpful - they take the form of vortexed energy, lightning bolts, water flows, 'smart energy packets' - lots of images to focus and affect the quality or intensity of the energy.I haven't seen the dvd but have been at one of his workshops. He forms a very allowing field of healing energy. I think he's very gifted and inspiring and his material has helped me. Hope this helps.
