For twwenty years my great ability to manifest by affirmations has been turned off and likewise my ability to meditate, for over two years!
I tried the 2007 "upgrade""Affornations" and it turned my life around in two minutes! That's fast, that's magical! Thats what I ah LIKE!
"What is Afformations?"
"Asking yourself questions!" not necessarly getting answers
"Is that all? What should I ask myself?
" What would you like to ask yourself? Take my example as a guide. I used to be a good meditator, half hour every day. Peace, bliss, even touched "THE VOID" a few times. When I came here to live, it all stopped. My monkey-mind chatter and stopped even five miutes, with chatter, pain and emotion. I gave up!!
So the Afformations question to myself was,
"How come I am such a good meditator?"
Now, if I did an affirmation, " I want to be a good meditator!" my subconscious would jump up, "LIAR! You haven't had a decent session for two years!"But I get around that by "just asking a question!"
Immediately pictures (with emotions etc.,)started flashing thru my mind of the times I suffered and couldn't meditate. That stopped and then started again with pictures and feelings of 3 or 4 years ago, when I WAS a good meditator. They flashed for about 90 secs and gave me a wondeful high of uplift, peace and bliss!
I stopped asking. I knew it was done and once again I am a good meditator and my Zen sessions are graced with bliss and gratitude!

I haven't even read the book yet but It seems to me the possibilities here are endless, as large as the Universe, as long as you will JUST ask the right questions to and for yourself.

"How come I am such a great healer?"
" How come I am on my Path Home again!?"

After checking this out I ordered the book.
Shades of Avatar Training, in dealing with secondaries coming up with affirmations, but faster way of dealing with it.
It just made too much sense and seems so...logical.

Omigosh Huggie, thank you.

My book was waiting in the mail when I got home last night and I read a couple of chapters before bed. Wanted to relate my experiences so far. This is so cool I want to share it with as many people as possible.

I got to the second half of the first exercise (which took all of 5 minutes), and began to write my 5 Empowering Questions. Writing the first 2, I felt a shift inside me. It was both physical and mental. I can only describe it as a quickening or lightening. As I wrote the third and fourth, a grin was spreading across my face. By the time I got to the fifth I was chuckling!

Noah says that many people who start using afformations report an almost instant feeling of calm and peace of mind.

Not me. Oh no. I feel energized, excited, positive, optimistic, psyched, wowed, and more focussed. I couldn't wait this morning to start doing all kinds of stuff! I so feel like my life is a blank canvas and I plan on painting the most incredible thing of beauty!

I got my first book about a month ago. My head HEATS UP when I ask myself why I'm so brilliant and successful! I can absolutely feel energy and my consciousness shifting This is so simple and powerful!! Right now I'm focusing on financial stuff mostly as an experiment, but the possibilities are legion!

The books are small and not too expensive. GET ONE!!

I also looked on amazon.co.uk and could not find it so I ordered it from amazon.com. I have done this for a few other books that were not available in the UK, or at least that I could find. The postage costs are not too bad and delivery is usually about 5 days.
I ordered my copy a few days ago and the total cost was about 13 pounds ($25.93) which I thought was worth it.

Might this even work for a born pessimist like me? I have been trying to do afformations, but not consistently. Maybe I am not doing this the right way. I suppose buying the book would give me added benefit? On my way to Amazon...
