To be positive, we need to use positive words.
This is a technique to bring up to awareness which words are positive and which may sound positive but are not. This is a tool. First you get to unerstand the method then you look for ways to use it to help you. Make a list of words you think are positive and reply and I will give my opinion on them.

To get this list one answers a couple of basic questions.....
"WHAT ARE WE DOING?" and/or "WE ARE....?
The answers (positive words) are called PRIMES because they are the basis of Life, Itself.
RULE; The answer must be totally applicable,
YOU CANNOT "NOT" a prime!
The answers should be viewed, from a spiritual point of view. For ex. "We are Living!" Living is a positive word, a primary and you cannot NOT live. Even when they say you are dead you will be living, in spirit, in another dimention.
2. "We are loving." you cannot not love a person. Of course, you can deny it but that is a lie. Love makes life worthwhile. Look at the person, spiritually and you will feel the love for them.
Primaries will give a new outlook on Life. You can combine them to expand your knowledge and wisdom.
Primaries are the most basic certainity you will ever find. Bear with me. It does pay off!
