I got the ebook (after some problems with delivery). Interesting. In spite of the author's theories I wonder if energy movement isn't a part of the process. Will experiment and post further.

I think it is an excellent explanation of expanding your awareness to assist healing. The idea is that if you become aware that you already have awareness of all that is around you (that is, you are tuning in to this existing awareness), then you are accessing a 'field' that does the healing. Very cool.

Well after reading the book and practicing QE for a couple of weeks I think I am getting the hang of it. It does feel a bit like QT Core but there is a difference in that it feels like a wave is going through you somehow and my face tingles when sending QE. If you are standing up when recieving QE it will make you wobble a bit when the wave goes through you! Some things respond quickly to QE and other things respond better to QT. Still trying to get a handle on which works better for what. If you would like to recieve a little QE demo from me just PM me and I will be happy to send.

tks for the qt demo, yesterday, i had a feeling of bliss , however i don't know whether this is due to the demo. To be free and happy, i read from a zen book, we need to give up our opinions, let go of our situations and conditions, then we can be truly be free and happy.

The Bliss feeling is what most people experience during a QE session, but you never know.
