Yes, it is well-documented, I think, that doing the work helps a person to open to intuition and creativity. If you are in a state of gratitude and greater allowing, things come to you in many different ways. You are more receptive to signals that come from the environment, ( you are a better observer, the longer you do this work,) and also signals that come to you from your "inner environment," and those are good for stimulating one's creativity.
