Ask the High Self, “What is this (name it) condition trying to teach me?” If you are in touch, you may get an answer straight away and it is very important that you know and understand why (and how) you have this unwanted condition! But, like most of us, if you are out of touch, you may have to ask hundreds of times to get even a glimpse of it.

When my spine condition worsened, I go caught up in a rush of “bad” questions; especially, during the night, when I would boil up an up, until I was crying and cursing, “Why can’t I die?’ and other destructive questions.
I did get an answer to that one! Even in the heat of battle, you cannot die a split second before your appointed time; nor by prayer or intention can you stretch it out!
Here are some baddies. The “biggie”, “Why is this happening to poor, little me?” Or
“What have I done to deserve this? Why is God so unfair? How long? What will I do when it gets worse?”
Most of us do not believe or understand how creative our words are! These will begin to create what they say, a poor little self, a possible reason to deserve it; an unfair God, a very long time or what it will be like when it gets worse!
These sort of negative questions are potently self-destructive! They won’t allow you to win! All you will get is an increase in your pain, misery and isolation!
Now, look on the bright side, even if it hurts.
We are here to learn our lessons, hard as that is to swallow. We attract to ourselves that sort of life and conditions which will advance our main purpose which is to evolve in the most optimum way! You cannot avoid the necessary lessons. You can only choose whether to deny and hide from them, which may result in you never learning that lesson in this lifetime or you can be brave enough to consciously attract them, handle them, learn, have done with them and get on with the next lot!
“What is this condition trying to teach me? “
That’s usually a question that we find difficult to answer. Can you see that if you had the answer to that, you would be a long way towards a solution! Then you can consciously begin to work on it and the lesson is learnt, so quickly, that you wonder where the condition and the lesson went.
If it seems too difficult, try asking it in the third person. “If Bill had this condition what should he be learning from it?
Ask yourself that, as soon as you wake up. Make an afformtion. “Why am I so sure that the answer is here and is being revealed?” This question is so important that you should chase it in any and every way you can think off. Ask it of the birds and trees. Tune in to the associated body part and direct your question to that. Visualize it ascending to Heaven and angels gathering to answer it. Imagine a wise, old guru and listen to his answer!
Remember, YOU created this condition, over time, and hid, from yourself the answer which would solve it for you (no matter how hard that is to believe that), so
YOU DO ALREADY KNOW the answer on some level!
All you have to do is allow it to manifest!
