Just wanted to update on the orb of life I got from you! When I received it, I felt light and warm, and a picture of a silver blue ball came to mind.. then after some time, the left knee which had been feeling weird for some time on and off.. well I could feel the heartbeat there very strongly for some reason! It was weird! usually when people run energy for me, I would feel it twitch, but never felt the heartbeat there like that so strongly before. I was a little scared, but stayed with it and after some time it faded. My leg feels fine so far, so I hope it stays that way.. I'm keeping off running and yoga for a while just in case. THe thing is, I did not mean to focus on my left knee, i just talked to the orb..

Anyway it was really interesting, thanks again, and will continue to play around with it!

Thanks for posting your experience. Alfred on an answer to someone on his GM series referred to the heart like pulse or beat as:

'The pulse you felt is what is known at "the healing pulse": it is a sign of completing a healing at very deep levels.'

I often wonder if the orbs pick up our needs and thoughts on a very deep level and supply what we need.

I have been finding orbs appearing/showing up for things I am working on within myself. Faith showed up to help me with trusting in myself and the universe and Beauty came to help me realize the beauty within myself.

I just trust that what show up needs to be there for me.

I think you and your orb will get along famously!
