Thanks for being patient. It seems like I am out every evening this week. Phew!Got a bit of time before I have to go out. I wanted so much to reply yesterday but it was one of those days. Last night our drum circle was drumming for the mountain grannies who are raising money for the orphans and grannies in Africa. It was a lot of fun! Afterwards I thought I should have sent some chi to everyone there. They did well, though, at the function and raised 6000 dollars for the Stephen Lewis Foundation.

Anyway Jo I just want to say how much I appreciate your sharing all of this with us. You know, I was thinking yesterday that your orbs also have the essence of you in them! It felt like lots of love.I really liked the orb you lent me.

I went outside yesterday to take Zeus for a walk and I thought, oh yes, Jo's orb and I immediately felt.... how can I describe it?... the word I would use is 'yummy' energy. It was totally delicious! I felt so much joy,laughter-giggles- lightness,a huge sense of peace, a sense of melting. It felt different and unique on its own as compared to the one you made for me previously.( I love that one because you made it for me and it feels a part of me now)

As I walked my mind started in on all the things I had to do for the day, but then I stopped because i could feel the tension starting. All I did was stop and think "Jo's orb" and the beautiful peaceful feeling and lightness and all the good stuff came back instantly. Ah this is good says I. And it was like that the rest of the time I had it. I would say the major attributes were a tremendous Peace and Joy! i could just feel it radiating out from the Orb.

When I got to work, I decided to clear the whole of Outreach, my workplace, a store front school. In my mind's eye I could see everything brightening up. One of my co-workers seemed a bit down, preoccupied and tired. Within a little while she was smiling and joking around.

Then there were some rowdy boys having more fun than getting work done. I sent them the 12 colours with the orb and they got very quiet and were soon working diligently. Hmmmm.

I noticed the niggly pain had disappeared in my hand as the day went on.

Coming back from lunch i saw a lady limping badly in the parking lot. I sent the orb to give her the 12 colours. She was dragging herself up the stairs in front of me to reach the chiropractor. I winced with each step she took. I just hope the colours did her some good.

As far as colours I found, for me, the colours are way stronger with the intention than the first one you made me. When I first said the colour white I couldn't seem to get passed the white colour no matter how hard I tried. So then I thought perhaps all the colours were incorporated into the white. At work I tried again and I couldn't even form the thought about the next colour to say it in my mind. I went back to working and then later I said violet.But when I tried to say Indigo right after I couldn't. I realised it took quite awhile for the colour to integrate as it was so strong. it was amazing! Each colour felt very strong and solid. So i just said each colour and waited awhile for it to integrate. As I said each colour I was quite conscious of it being stronger in certain areas of my body. I also got feelings with some of the colours which I haven't before.For example i felt intense joy and couldn't stop smiling with the yellow. At first with gold I felt sadness but it cleared and went to joy. With the emerald green i felt the lovely energy in my heart. Saphire blue I felt in the solar plexus and it felt calming and relaxing.Magenta gave me a very expansive smile! but the biggest smile of all was with the mother of pearl. It all just felt sooooo good.

With the Core breath the white felt hot and I really heated up. With the core Breath the energy with the colours felt strong but more subtle, softer and more fluid. The colours came in more instantaneously.

I tried copper on the nervous system and felt very relaxed.

well Jo that was about all I had time o try yesterday. Thank you for letting me try your new orb out. I think it was wonderful.

It would be great if someone else would maybe try it too and then report their findings and get some more feedback.!

Thanks so much for taking the time and effort to type up all your notes for this thread; sorry I can't respond in kind, am a bit shattered this eve!

I am amazed (to be honest) that the Fast-Orb I loaned to you seems as effective (although different) as the 12colours one...even more amazed since I didn't put the 12 colours in the Fast-Orb but you got them anyway!

So now I'm thinking .... the Orb contains life force AUTOMATICALLY... so, since the 12 colours are what are needed for health, and life force brings health and healing - does that mean EVERY colour we would ever need is ALREADY in each 'standard' Orb, and adding the 12 colours (or any others) just makes our experience of those colours different when we focus on them? Does that make sense to anyone besides me?!?!?

I actually placed the colours RED and ORANGE in the Orb you borrowed! (I can lend it back to you or make you one, if you want to feel around for those colours too!) Perhaps the red and orange were responsible for the lightness and peace? I thought they would be heavier colours, being related to the lower chakras...

Wow this is really something!! Susie made my first orb for me. Thank you so much, you're a golden angel!!

I wanted to read more about what it was, so I asked for the info, accepted and thanked Susie for the offer. My intution automatically knew I was going to accept it. My higher-self did so before it even got here LOL.... cute aye? The second Susie sent it I felt the tingling around my third eye, over my entire forehead and into my sinuses! This feeling continues though more subtly now that I'm used to it. This is how I am coming to access it. I set up the intention to know when I send it out, that this feeling will announce it's return and it does. Very new stuff for me.

I am VERY open to feeling energy. This has come to me, ever so slowly. I have seen and see energy on occasion. I am open to doing this upon mere thought of desiring to do so. I have more to learn or relearn to meet this desired goal. I feel sooooo much more than I did just 12 years ago. I know it will come. Point in check, this Orb of Life is my next step in feeling energy intensely. I have never felt energy so profoundly. It is so wonderful. Thank you so much, EVERYONE involved for offering this excellent, amazing tool!!

I don't think you realize the impact you have made on all of us.

I had a request to make a Orb for a teenager in prison that apparently is having a rough time from fellow inmates. Our church group has been sending prayers. I noticed his demeanor had changed and he wasn't as bitter. So thank you again.

It explains a lot why I couldn't get past the white colour. That is what my intuition was telling me that everything was in the spectrum of white.I think you are right about the focus. i could focus on a colour and then it was very rich! Some of the orbs I have been making lately I have just intended that the whole spectrum of light and it's vibrations be included within my orbs I am making.

I was thinking also when you said you put the colours red and orange in perhaps that is Why the colours seemed more emotional to me. Just a thought. My compromised chakra is my sacral chakra.

On the weekend I sent my orb away to help someone, but I was a little vague. I sent it off to help someone and said come back when you are finished. Well two days later it wasn't back so I said come back by 5 and I will make and send a new one to that person to use indefinitely.It showed up at five. I have decided to call my new orb my "intelly" orb. I just intended that it have access to whatever energies or healing techniques are needed, that it have access to all the intelligence of the universe( past present, future), the colour spectrum, all healing sounds and the healing energies of the angelic realm. And that it work with whomever I send it to for their highest good as deemed by their higher self. The idea was to leave it up to the orb. Just a thought.

A little more info that may or may not be in the info packet you received. It is not part of the orb notes Ole wrote, but evolved from a web site forum (now a yahoo group since his old site closed down) of Ole's former students.

1. The orbs are not just "chi balls"; they are alive and conscious (those of you who muscletest and/or dowse can check this out for yourselves, or you can simply ask the orb to safely flood your aura with lifeforce if it is alive and conscious). This was an important one for me, because I understand I have a relationship and another being to look after. It also means they can think, learn, communicate, and feel. I've found they LOVE to be asked to do things to help living beings.

2. The orbs naturally carry a very high-quality vibration of lifeforce that it can alter in any way you ask, including the 12 colors, chakra colors, and any other color range you can think of. If you just go with charging it up with its native lifeforce, you can just give it instructions about what qualities/colors of energy to emit.

3. You can use the orbs to co-create more orbs. to them, this is a TREMENDOUSLY joyous endeavor,
like giving birth. A couple of years ago, I developed a "cell division" method of co-creating new orbs. They really seem to like that way!

I'm so glad Jo has shared the orbs with this group: you are such a creative bunch, and QT has such a wonderful palette of techniques to combine with it. So many good things have already come out of it in this short time!
