I'm not sure if anyone knows of frequency healing using sound waves, music, and visuals. I'm not sure why it works, but after i've listen and watched the video it really makes me feel even better inside. I'm a big youtube person and i look for meditational music and other things on there. This has a major effect on your heart mostly in a good way. So i thought i would share this with others and see what you all think of vibrational frequencies, with music and visuals.

Hey same here aaron, before QT, I did feel that sound heals and soothes... especially nature sounds. Classical music works for me too.

So far those I found on youtube don't really work for me, but I'll try the one u recommended later! Thanks for sharing!

Music works on the same principle as Quantum-Touch: vibration/frequency and resonance. The music affects our body frequency and affects how we feel -- good or bad. Music can heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. There is some 'music' that I can't listen to for very long; it makes me feel all discombobulated.

Music heals the savage beast, eh?

Sorry Aaron, didn't care for the one you posted too much...did the opposite of relax me. Made me ansy. Kinda grated on my nerves.
But there are a lot of great ones out there.
I lean toward native American flute music myself. Love to use it during sessions.

Now and then I do a short course on "The Healing Power of Chants and Drums." I could also include Native American flute, but have not so far. Anyone can chant and drum. If we could all go back to our tribal roots, no matter where that may be, we would find a drum there, and a flute.

NA wisdom says that Drum was the first instrument, and Woodpecker was the Drummer. Flute was the second instrument, and Wind was the flutist. Our musical roots go very deep, no matter our national, racial or ethnic heritage. Cultures that have banned music (Taliban, for one) have failed, because you cannot stamp out that soaring, glorious part of our very being.

The chants I teach are Sanskrit, (Om Nama Shiva) Cherokee, (Wen-Day-Ah-Ho and Nissa, Nissa) Pima, (Birthing Chant) and Girl Scout Songbook. (French Cathedrals) Some are haunting and ethereal, two are sung as rounds, all are easy to learn and beautiful. Drumming is another whole subject, but it is a powerful way to "connect" with All That Is, and to go inside.

I don't see all forms of "music" as healing, heavy metal being one such genre. (Is that music??) Music that is pleasing and that elevates is so healing. Think "Lullabye." Drumming and chanting have survived since the dawn of mankind. May it always be so.

I listened to this (part of it) when Aaron first put it on, and it made my heart hurt--I had to quit watching and take a cayenne!

I wanted to try it again, and see it I felt any different, but when I went to youtube, it said it had been removed. Does anyone know anything about why it was removed?

It was probably removed because the artist requested it. Those pesky copyright issues, ya know?
