I am doing another free distant healing session for everyone on my e-mail list and all their friends and loved ones.  The main healing session will be on Sunday August 19, 2007 from 7-8 PM Pacific Time or Calif. Time. 

You can join this free energy session by using your intention to be included.  If you wish to participate, just close your eyes for a minute when you read this and just mentally say that you intend to join the session and want to be included.  That is all you have to do and you don't have to do anything else.  Energy can begin to flow to you once you do this as many people who have worked with me before have reported.

You can include all your friends by forwarding this e-mail to them and they can join the session by using their intention.  Please also feel free to send to your email lists and post to related bulletin boards or chat rooms. More information below on how to include everyone in your household.

Because there will be many people in the session, I please ask that you don't e-mail or call to join this session.  I wouldn't be able to handle all the e-mail unless it is done this way. You join simply by using your intention after reading this e-mail.

Besides the main energy session I will be doing regular unscheduled energy adjustments prior to August 19 for those who join before the main session.  People can begin to notice effects of the energy adjustments soon after intending to join. Sensitive people can feel the effects of this adjustment period very strongly before the main session.

The energy sessions work on many levels, physical, mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual. Even though this is a group energy session, the energy will work with everyone individually.  The energy is intelligent and knows best how to work with your energy system.  The energy infuses light and energy into the energy system and can clear and balance the chakras, acupuncture meridians and other energetic channels.  The energy will not get dissipated with a large group and can even get stronger with more people.  Distance is not a problem and you can receive this energy anywhere in the world.

 Because we are in a time of major transformation predicted by many ancient cultures, it is easier than ever to transform negative beliefs and energy patterns.  Once I have worked with someone then I will always be able to send them energy.  If there are other future catastrophes like Hurricane Katrina then I can send energy to anyone in the disaster area with whom I have worked with before to help them get through it. 

Many spiritual traditions teach that we are all connected and now some Quantum Physicists are reaching the same conclusion. These ancient teachings often mention that the most important thing we can do is to help others. When we help others we are also helping ourselves.

I am only a conduit for the energy and give credit to the Universe or Divine or whatever one may want to call it.  The energy helps people to adjust their energy field so that they can heal themselves.  I believe all healing is self healing.  I am very grateful for this gift and happy that I can share it with others.

A useful analogy of what I do is like a relay station from a power company.  I don't make the energy, I just pass it on.  If you forward this e-mail to your friends then you will be doing a similar thing.  We will all just be passing along energy and helping a lot of people in the process.

How to include other family members & other instructions

If you want to have other family members living at home included in the session then just write their names on a piece of paper and put Free Healing at the top of the page. Just leave the paper out in the open on a counter or desk.  Please don't send me their names in an additional e-mail.  You need to get other adult's permission to be included (you don't need to tell me). You don't need to get your children's permission.  Anyone else outside your household will have to join by reading the e-mail and using their intention to participate. Also you can include your pets by putting their names on the paper.  Animals love the energy and respond very positively.

This is not a phone session.  You can be anywhere and receive the energy.  Your intent to join is the connection.  It is best to try and be quiet during the session on 8/19 and just notice what is happening in your body.  You can still be active and get good results during the session but optimal results are obtained by being quiet during the session. It is ok to sleep during the session.

There is no set time for the unscheduled adjustments before the main session on 8/19 and you can receive this energy at any time. The unscheduled adjustments before the session can be a very powerful time. You may notice many things before, during and after the session.  Some people may feel peaceful, energized, centered, balanced and sleep better.  Others may be more emotional, restless and lethargic as they detoxify, which is very good. There can be a lot of purification happening on many levels during this time, emotional, mental and physical.  

Before and during the session people can feel different energy sensations working in their body.  Some of these feelings can be tingling, electrical, vibrating, heat, cold, pressure, lightness and other things. 

The optimal way to receive the energy on the 8/19 main session is to be in a quiet meditative state during the session and just pay attention to what is happening in your body during the session. You can sit or lie down during the session and you can sleep during the session. 

It is all right if you have to be active during the session.  Many people have to work or take care of their families during this time.  It can still be very beneficial if you aren't quiet. 

Don't worry if you feel odd pains come and go leading up to the main session. This is good. As the energy clears the blockage in an area it can result in temporary pain.  Also people can feel extra emotional during this time, which is also very good.  From a Traditional Chinese Medical perspective much dis-ease is caused by emotional repression.  The energy from these repressed emotions get stored in the organs. The energy from the sessions can help to release these stored emotions. Dreams can be very vivid and unusual during this time as stagnant energy is released from the mind and body.

The sessions also help to purify, cleanse and detoxify the body and mind.  As the energy works through the energy blockages it can cause toxins to be released that are stored in the area.  Some people may feel achy or lethargic at times leading up to the session.  This is good and very, very helpful in the healing process.  Many modalities recognize the positive effects from detoxification. 

The time leading up to and a little while after the main energy session can be a little bit like a roller coaster ride.  You can feel very energized one day and then tired the next day as you release more toxins.  Just realize that every time you don't feel good that it is a powerful time for healing and that you are raising the vibration of your energy system.

At the earlier distant healing session a LOThappened before the actual day ( for me it was 4 am so I was sort of sleeping ?????? ). As soon as I had connected myself ( a few days before) with the energy a LOT and really a LOT happened, esspecially at the emotional level. Old items sufaced. It was VERY good and it made many things clear to me.
So YES I 'll be there on sunday.

I'm glad to see that you're posting this here. I participated in the August 1 session, and will do so again this Sunday. I found it very refreshing, and was definitely aware of a sense of a shift in my energy field during the session.

I don't know if you're still monitoring this thread, but would it make sense to listen to the chanting you did on that recording during the August 19th session? I guess I'm not sure if there would be a problem given that the recording was created in April, and I don't know if that would conflict with the chanting you end up doing this Sunday.

I'm not someone who is terribly sensitive to energy (although the work in QT is helping to improve that), but I did find the last experience to be very pleasant, and plan to participate tonight.

I did the intent to receive the session from wednesday, and reminded myself on sunday before going to sleep, since I'm 6hrs ahead in the time zone.
Well I woke up feeling a bit tired and physically sore, I don't know if this is some sort of healing crisis.

I put forth my intent to receive healing on the 16th and also followed Denises' link to http://www.worldpuja.org/archives/2006-04-20/ and listened to the interview -

While I was listening to the archived interview I could feel energy moving through my left elbow where I have scarring and also a cool clear energy moving through my knees.

Physically I don't feel anything from Sundays session, but when I was giving QT/Reiki to my list - I realised that I could see the energy spiraling with my inner eye - which is new to me - I usually can feel the energy flowing.
