Quite a few people using QT also are aware of EFT. Yet, not everyone is! Thanks for sharing your "finds" with all of us!

I have been learning EFT, too. I think it has a great deal of potential for healing on all levels! EFT certainly has many endorsements!

I hope you find the best "mix" of practices that best suit your healing needs!
