What are your favorite books and why. We all love Quantum Touch and that is for sure but I am looking for many other kinds of self help or healing inspirational books.
Mine are, Quantum Touch, Energy Medicine, Acupressure Potent points, Returning to Wholeness, Soul Medicine and How to feel Go(o)d. Risa |

Hi Risa,
Ditto on the Abraham/Hicks books (any) because they provide the instructions/rules for this game called life and how to play it. Right now I'm also "into": The Code by Tony Burroughs (Any of his books about Intentions in Action or Intentions for a Better World or Intender's Circles) because it feels so right and is even more of a guide. And The Magic in Asking the Right Questions by Bill Mayer. Wow, what can I say about this one? It's like seeing the movie The Secret for the first time and thinking, I KNOW all this already, but it's such a great REMINDER and keeps it in the forefront of your daily life. Well Risa, I devour books, but like I said, these are my current faves. Christina Blessings, Love and Laughter, and Big Warm Hugs |

Thank you Christina
The code is sold out everywhere. I will check The Magic in Asking the Right Questions by Bill Mayer. Thank you Risa |

Hi Rosa,
All the above plus 'The Power of Now' - Eckhard Tolle and 'Conversations with God' Vols 1,2,3 by Neale Donald Walsch. A lot of interesting and very useful information in all of these. Love and light, Faune |

Just ahead of many others, "The BHAGAVAD GITA" Song Celestral.

If you liked Conversations with God, take a look at "The Disappearance of the Universe" by Gary Renard. Very good stuff, but challenging for me.

"The Way of the Wizard" by Deepak Chopra. I felt like I was Arthur as a boy, learning directly from Merlin. Although it's an easy read, the challenge is allowing at least one day to absorb each lesson before moving on to the next one.

I second this. Conversations with god books are my favorite and Disappearance of the Universe is now my new favorite alongside CoG. |

Many, many years ago read a wonderful little book by Viktor E. Frankl called "Man's Search for Meaning". It started me on my quest. Don't even know if it is still in print.

I would like to recommend Entangled Minds and or the Conscious Universe by Dean Radin. (You may have seen the author on What the Bleep?)
Lots of fun for "enquiring minds". Peace. Breathe for Peace. Willie Attention + Intention + Imagination = Visualization and Manifestation. |

I am in the middle of reading "Man's Search for Meaning" that Shirley mentioned above. Yes it is still in print and is available in most bookshops I believe. Viktor E Frankl was a leader in the psychology field and has been described as a modern day Jung. He was also a Holocaust survivor and this book is about the importance of attitude and mindset in extreme and negative circumstances. He talks about first hand accounts of what he witnessed from a "psychological" point of view. After the Holocaust he went on to become a leader in his field.
There are huge lessons to be learnt from this book. I have recently come back from an trip to Poland to visit the concentration camps so I felt this book was nessessary to help process what I saw. Highly recommended! Everyday gets better and better. |
