I understand that groupee is redoing alot of their site to make it easier for people, yet why are we having to sign in/log in each time we return to the site? At least,I am having to log in each time I return...is anyone else having to go thru this each time also? Is very discouraging....

Hi, But, "How many times have you been sent back when you were sure you couln't foul up such a simple 5 letter PW."
I had to fight with them for 6 weeks before they would allow me a PW that worked.
I would never have got back without Jennifer's help!

Hi Amy,
just as you are signing in there should be a little box on the left....

It says something like ...remember me for groupee....if you check the box, you shouldnt have to keep logging in....give it a try Smiler

Love Mo. x x

Hi, I have tried the "Remember Me" button a few times and it always makes a small mistake and I get sent back to do it myself, 100% error!
There is a philosophy that there has to be a certain amount of error for the Universe or anything to make it persist. People at Groupee are really into that!

Superstarr,
I do not know if you do it, but I clean out all of the cookies each day, in Internet Explorer, because if one does not do it, over time, it will slow down your computer. And if you delete them, it will nullify the checking of the little "remember me" for groupee box.

I personally do not care for Internet Explorer, so I download Netscape for myself, and my wife uses IE. To me IE is cumbersome. And with Netscape, I can delete cookies as I choose, however many I choose. And as far as I know, you have to delete all cookies with IE.

I hope that this helps. Feel free to ask for more info if needed.

Enjoy, Dennis

QTDude:

What are cookies, and how do you clean them out? We have Internet Explorer.

The "cookies" are how a web site recognizes you!!!! If you wipe them all out each day, when you come back, you'll have to log in all over again. You really do not need to wipe out cookies...they don't take that much space. However, by going to "find" and typing in "cookies" on your computer, you can see the entire list and choose only those you want to delete.
