For years, I have had difficulty getting to sleep.Lately it cycled, four nights no sleep then collaspe exhusted on the fifth.
It took me four mins. to understand what I had to do in the Zensight lesson and ONE minute to shift a load of negativity off my sleep problem. THAT'S FAST!I had the best sleep for a month!
I thought I had cracked it, but although I redid the drill, I was awake all the next night. I was angry and disappointed that Zensight didn't work but the next lesson was on "Psychological Reversal".I had met that years ago but couldn't believe I would work against myself and nobody said what to DO IF you did find one. I did the affirmations as given and I have slept deep three nights.
Me and Zensight cracked it this time, Also this is a BIG clue as to why my life has been downhill for so long.

Hi Huggie, Good for you! I just came across zensight tonight - downloaded the free instruction ebook but haven't used it yet.

I watched the video of the spoonbending and really like the way Carol explains things. Good to hear it's done the trick for you. Excellent!

And thank you to Carol.I have done many and varied theapies since the fiftes so I can be highly critical. You need a big hug and a big acknowledgement for moving so far in the direction of Simplicity! Maybe thats were the "Zen" bit comes in.
I am a past Master of saying nice things! Why not? Just because my ex describes it as "buttering up". You might like my post in "Affirmations on "simplicity".
More "nice" I was v. imprssed "The first time ever I saw your face." A strong, wise person! Look at the impression of your 6th ckakra in your photo!

I just thought I would let you know that after I did my first spoon bending session, I got my kids involved and a neighbor boy, and they did it too.

Then we showed my husband and he just sat there after i bent the spoon, i said here see if you can straighten it back. he tried. that was the last i heard of it from him, until the other day when he was talking to someone about me doing QT, then he started talking about me doing the spoon bending and how shocked he was that i bent the spoon in the first place and that he being the big strong guy that he is couldn't un bend it or even bend one on his own.

I do remember the distinct look on his face of disbelief and kind of a OMG look, of. what is she up to now?, how did she do that?. and the glimps of the questions were gone until now. lolrof

That is too funny! My h is frustrated by his inability to explain the spoon bending.

I've been too afraid to teach my kids how, thinking they may go and bend all my cutlery!

ya its pretty funny to see the look on a grown mans face when his wife and or 10 & 12 year old daughters can bend a spoon so easily and he cant.

the wheels turn in his head but no sound comes out of his mouth. lolrof

ya just go to a yard sale and buy some extras for the spoon bending.

I just signed up and am anxious to check it out. I watched the spoon bending video but at the last minute didn't have the heart to kill my spoon. Maybe I'll have my hubby do it first.
Anyway, thanks Huggy for the info, gonna go read now.
BTW, read the blog too. I loved it and I hope the dog is well cleansed and doing better.

Thanks for starting this topic! I had never heard of Zensight! I have read the e-book and had the first three lessons by email, and I am so pleased to find something so straightforward and that can be used with generalizations rather than zero-ing in on specifics. I am doing a Diploma in meridian psychotherapy and Zensight is the most simple-to-use system I've seen so far!

Thanks Carol Ann for this system - I haven't used it yet but I will do as soon as I can!
