I learned about this researcher and brilliant scientist from one of the lists that our own Alfred runs. Don Adams, the creator of these frequencies, has managed to create tools that allow our bodies and energy fields to align with states of health and well-being that are truly amazing.

I have been using his frequencies for months now and have had tremendous results. They are VERY powerful.

He recently released two of the most powerful ones to date -- tools for manifestation and grounding. Tools to help you hold the vibration of what you are wanting to manifest.

The frequencies are a series of tones that literally sing to your body the song of well being and healing. You play them through your computer speakers or through a stereo system for 45 minutes to 3 hours 3 days in a row. Very sensitive people (myself included) may need much less exposure to see results.

I'm really glad you sampled and got these! I have thus far only sampled them, but do notice their power. I have noticed that they have slightly less tendency to influence my system with ongoing use, but you apparently have not experienced them this way.

Anyone can check out the free samples to see what you think of them. I recommend at least checking them out!

Finally, these are pretty odd sounding files, more like beeping and bleeping and chirping than anything else. I'm drawn to them, but also have found it handy to play them using a SLB (silent listening broadcast antenna) and an mp3 player.
