Dear folks,

Whether you are new to the Tapas Acupressure Technique® or an old-hand, the year-end holidays seem to carry a special resonance that can bring with it unique emotional challenges, usually around family relationships. Other issues holidays may bring up may involve one's current or former religious faith, aging, grief & loss or anniversaries of traumatic events, or something as simple as anxiety about the holiday rush or irritation over the commercialization of the season. TAT® offers us the opportunity to "clear the deck" of holiday-related emotional baggage and open our hearts to the very best of what each day holds for us, including the holidays.


Please join me for a group TAT session focusing on issues around the holidays of every faith and culture which fall in the month of December. It promises to be a blessing for all involved!

For those who cannot the make the live session, the recorded session will be available for purchase. Due to the nature of intention, morphic field resonance, and quantum dynamics, individuals who work with the recorded session will both tap into and contribute to the collective energy of the live session and vice versa.

Prerequisite: You must have downloaded and done TAT using the How To Do TAT Instructions from the TATLife web site. The session will only focus briefly on how to do TAT.

Fee for the 1-hour telesession is at a special introductory holiday rate of $5.00 per person (payable via paypal to alfred_heath@hotmail.com) plus the cost of the 1-hour call to your phone service. Once paypal payment is made, you will receive an email containing the telesession contact information.

Just a quick update: the time is drawing near for my new TAT telesession, and I'd like to share with you how group TAT has revolutionized this already powerful, gentle, and grace-filled modality:

Many participants report major shifts they couldn't achieve with self-help TAT.

It is common for participants who come with multiple issues to work on to either find complete resolution of make significant progress on all or most of them.

TAT steps seem to go much faster than usual.

Hello everyone,
I'm getting more and more excited in anticipation of the group TAT® for the Holidays taking place next Thursday!

As the holidays come upon us, I've noticed how this last Full Moon event on 1 December threw a lot of people for a loop. Full moons can do that, especially if there are additional astrological or geomagnetic factors involved. I'm no astrologer, but my body, dreams and energy system always let me know when environmental energy is shifting into high gear. And it sure did for this last Full Moon! My nervous system is still recovering from the intensity of that energy!

I was also aware of family, friends, acquaintances and co-workers having a really hard time starting and building up over the weekend. A lot of emotions and confusion got kicked up, to say the least!

This is one of the reasons why there can be so much emotional baggage, particularly around the December holidays: you have multiple religious traditions with their Holy Days, which carry their own spiritual and collective consciousness energies; you have the waxing moon cycle, and you have the Winter Solstice. These all factor together to pack a real wallop, especially if there is family dysfunction and emotional baggage for all that energy to kick up.

If you have time in your schedules, the invitation is open to jump on board this group session. I'll be sending out the worksheets over the weekend to all who have signed up to give you the chance to give it some focused thought and develop your list of baggage to unload into the basket and get clear of. The environmental energy will also assist our group energy and collective intention, so this group session is really going to be a doozy!

EVEN IF YOU CAN'T MAKE THE DATE AND TIME, YOU CAN STILL SHARE IN THE SESSION!
If you can make it, I feel you'll be very glad you did! But EVEN if you can't and still want the full benefits of the process, don't worry: the session will be recorded so you can join in at a date and time of your convenience. All participants will be able to download the recorded session and continue to work with it as needed or desired.The recording will carry the full collective energy of community TAT!

That won't happen again, as I've had some of our other experienced trainers and professionals let me know "tha is TOO inexpensive for what you are offering!!" But I'm stuck with it now, so do take advantage of it!

I just wanted to say that we had a wonderful session last night, and I'm very
grateful to all who have and will participate in this healing event.

Anyone who purchased the session before the live call can call again for a
playback through 9 January, and may also receive the mp3 recording at no
additional cost.

For anyone who decides they would like to join in on the recorded call, the
playback session will remain available at the same cost of $5.00. You can have
access to the playback and I'll send you all of the worksheets. The session was
structured so you will get the same value from it as the live participants did,
including the collective TAT energy.

The cost of the recorded session on phone playback is $5.00 (payable via paypal to
my email address) plus the cost of the call. This option will be available through 9 January. You can also purchase the downloaded mp3 file for a limited time for $10.00. This will allow you to repeat the session several
times or play it over speakers and share the session with a group every holiday
season! After 9 January 2010, the cost of the mp3 will be $15.00.

Because of how the morphic field of this session was structured, the cumulative
collective energy of the session will extend to those who actually make the
purchase (although all who participate in a group session with that individual
will also reap the same benefits). This will be a gift that keeps on giving!
