Alfred, I do have the cue and entrainment downloaded and as you know have my wonderful Orb.
all seem to do what is claimed but am I wrong that it starts with LOVE and QT, Intent and Assurance? I am walking with walker relative pain free. I have acted as my own advocate to get the help I need that starts tomorrow thru the State on aging and disability. And Lawsuit has been started actually using the cue in my wording to lawyer. (Only he does not know that)
Anyway it all seems to work together in my case.

Hi Carol,
We all like to have great tools to help us move forward. Love is where everything begins and ends, but that is easy to say; harder to apply always and in all ways. QT is a marvelous tool, but not a "be all and end all". Same with any tool. The only "be all and end all" I know of is love. All the same, the fact is that, although we may have wonderful philosophies or principles of living, as human beings we can still find ourselves less than all-loving, all-knowing and wise, and we still end up in all sorts of personal dilemmas with our bodies, emotions, minds and relationships. For all this we do well to have good strategies, good tools and skills, either our own or someone who is able and willing to assist.

QT has its unique strengths, and I love it. BSFF has its own unique strengths different from QT, and I love it! Like QT, it can change lives and open the possibility of undoing more of our inner blockages to love and peace.

In the end, it all boils down to intent and awareness. All methodologies are formalized versions of applying basic intent and awareness which have shown good results. What I love about BSFF is that it distills this truth down to a simple and highly effective method. I recommend anyone who hasn't to check it out!
