I just listened to this teleconference. It was like one big infomercial. I feel like I was duped into listening to a commercial and came away without learning anything new. All of the information was essentially on his commercial website! He is selling CD's, etc. to "learn" this "quantum jumping" technique. I had trouble staying awake for the whole thing. What a waste of time.

Wow, I had been disappointed that I missed it, so I'm glad I read this! Still, the concept of Quantum Jumping is awesome, and I intend to play with it using my own technologies. So I'm grateful for the email from his website and this post (with Laura's recommendation of his methods in general).

Well, fact is this: the tehnique he was talking about he already has offered for free as a guided meditation on his site. Tehnique itself is quite old, but insights about what's happening aren't.
Since you've said you already know about it I would be really glad if you share some of your experiences and insights about that kind of happenings.

For those who weren't listening this teleconference it is about meeting yourself in a paralel dimension - doing "quantum jump" - where you already have achieved sucessfully what in this life-line perspective you are now trying to achieve - as Burt named it - doing "quantum jump".
You may then guide, advise yourself or plainly pass and receive developed skill or talent in full.

Jelena, I did not say that I already knew about it, I only meant that listening to the teleconference did NOT impart any new usable knowledge to me. I have not quantum jumped anywhere anytime, although I have heard/read Burt refer to it. I was hoping to pick up some usable hints or techniques....he only mentioned people who have used it successfully and urges us to buy his stuff at a special discount for listeners. He was just trying to get us excited to learn this so he could reel us in to buy it.

Oops! Sorry guys! I saw Winder's name from the forums page, and even though I then read Jelena's message and new it was her, I was rushing and slipped back to seeing Winder's name from the previous page.

Apologies! I do find these American Monk emails to be more advertising as any kind of newsletter that provides a lot of value added, like Mercola (including his marketing of products) or the EFT newsletters (very good!).

However, I am STILL stoked about exploring Quantum Jumping between parallel Universes, and am glad to see Jelena has found value in his techniques!

I agree, those kind of advertising is a bit repulsive for me too, I just got a luck to know tehniques before, and used them for many years now.
Burt Goldman was the best Silva method instructor and many of his insights were buildt into method. I happened to be Silva method instructor and did that for 6 y.

To me it was like hearing few new tips or a slight change of perspective wich opens me more to explore the universe. Hence the amazement I wanted to share.

Key change in perspective was that what is happening isn't only on mental level, but real tapping into another dimension. Next one equaly important to me was that knowledge about what is posible make it posible - and easily achievable.

But, since I have listened to the event I know Burt described tehnique in full and few examples of how he used it, it is just that it's so simple that you might not believe it to be so easy.

Quantum Jumping seems like Theta manifestation work to me. Here is a basic recipe you can try.

1)Ground to earth with a golden tube of light
2)intend to connect to all the manifestation/prosperity stones.
3)Go to theta by travelling in a ball of light up from base chakra through the golden tube, up through the body, up to the heavens intending to travel to the seventh dimension/heaven. When you get there it is all light.
4)Command what you desire and be thankful for it
5)Expand the idea outward into all dimensions believing for Divine assistance
6)Bring the thought back into your body and expand it outward into all dimensions again.
7)Notice the difference how you feel afterwards.

Let me know if it helps you with whatever you want to manifest/change.

There are probably a million recipes for "quantum jumping" and the like, matrix energetics does something similar. It's all playing with energy and changing your thought process. Does it work? It has for me in some business situations. You do have to work on it daily for a while or you will end up thinking the same way you always have. It takes some work to change habits, thought processes, and ultimately manifest good things. The QT Supercharge manifestation technique can work well too, but you have to practice it to make it work.

Yes you are right, it is very similar to theta healing, and to many other older or newer great tehniques since there is few key things which are the same to every tehnique that works. You didn't mention them in procedure above so I'll write them down now:

1. All askings - statements- intentions - commands have to be said in a present tense.(especially in the step 4. of your procedure)
2. You have to KNOW that what you said asked IS SO so firmly and without any doubt (the same way you don't doubt that the chair is really chair) and TO OBSERVE that what you asked for IS happening and unfolding NOW.
3. You have to know CHANGE HAPPENED as you observed it.

This is also very usefull approach to ANY tehnique including QT, and also known to those who use any of core QT tehniques.

These things do not change whether you use in your tehniques tubes of light or not, whether you go into 7th heaven or not, weather you believe in the divine assistance or not. That said also means that THERE is no need for additional time for any of it to be manifested UNLESS YOU STATED TO BE SO (like you did).

Jelena, thank you ever so much for the download. I just finished it and my first impression is WOW - that really stuck with me -- the Knowingness of it - this is what/who I AM right now.

Questions: How often is it wise to do this? Is it ok to keep changing the goal/subject matter?

I'll share more thoughts later.

I do not know how often is wise - I use it when I like - that say means no restrictions.

At first I used it up to a 3 times a day. Then I have observed certain things several times a day up tho the point I felt them really settled in me... And when I asked myself how often was that... depends on what I explored.

Now, I came to the point where I can use it at instant I remember it is posible on anything that I want to observe or experience.
So it is evolving consiousnes.
